What's included in a post construction clean?
Most projects run in three phases: a rough clean (debris removal and dust knockdown while trades finish), a final clean (full detail dusting, glass, fixtures, floors, kitchens and baths), and a punch list touch up right before hand off. We scope each phase to your schedule and punch list.
How fast can you turn around a bid?
Same business day on most projects. Send the address, square footage, and scope, or plans if you have them, and we'll return pricing with a proposed walk through window.
Are you insured?
Yes. Ironside Cleaning is fully insured, and we'll issue a certificate of insurance to your project's requirements the same day you request it, before our crew steps on site.
Do you work nights and weekends?
Yes, 24/7. Overnight cleans, weekend turnovers, and third shift work are normal in this business, and we staff for it. Tell us the deadline and we'll build the crew schedule around it.
What if my turnover date moves?
It happens on almost every project. We reschedule without drama. Just call or text and we'll move the crew. Flexibility is part of the service, not an upcharge conversation.
What types of projects do you take?
Commercial buildouts and tenant improvements (offices, retail, restaurants, medical, fitness, warehouse) plus residential new construction and renovations. If it just finished construction and needs to be spotless, it's our kind of job.
